Applications

Details
Quenching
･Preheating: 600~850℃
･Quenching: 1000~1050℃ (normally 1020~1030℃)
･Quenching time: Until the center of the heat-treated workpiece is fully heated.
Tempering
･Minimum tempering temperature is 180℃
･Tempering times: Please implement at least twice.
･If focus on corrosion resistance and long-term change, carry out tempering at 200~400℃.
･If focus especially on long-term change, please carry out deep-cold treatment.
･To avoid chipping problems during discharge processing, please carry out tempering at 490~510℃.
